Dispatch Policy
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods (e.g. holidays or sales), order processing times may be slightly delayed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Missing or Damaged Packages?
If your package arrives damaged or is missing item(s), please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
